The story
Murph started in Copenhagen in 2024. The founding observation was unglamorous: every growth-stage B2B team we worked with was bleeding the same hours. Manual LinkedIn prospecting. Manual lead qualification. Manual quoting. Manual reply triage. The same 30 to 50 hours a week, in every company, gone.
The available options were equally unglamorous. AI agencies that shipped a polished demo then ghosted when the API changed. SaaS tools that solved 60% of the problem and called it a day. Consultants who left a 40-slide deck and a calendar invite for the kickoff.
We wanted the third option. The team that diagnoses the actual bottleneck, designs a custom system around it, ships it to production, and stays to operate it. Not as a project. As a partnership. So we built Murph.
Two years in, we've shipped end-to-end systems for 25+ named clients across logistics, recruiting, e-commerce, and professional services. Some of those systems book 20+ meetings a week. Some recover 20+ hours of senior time. All of them are still running.
What we actually ship
Diagnose. Design. Build. Operate. The discipline doesn't change.
How we work
We've never sold a deck. The deliverable is always the system, running in production, with you logged into it.
Every engagement ties to one number: hours back per week. If we can't show you the graph, we didn't ship anything.
Building it is the easy part. Keeping it alive when an API changes, when volume doubles, when an edge case shows up at 3 a.m. That's where we earn the retainer.
We don't chase the shiny new model. We pick the system that runs predictably for 18 months without us touching it. Fancy is a liability.
Who's behind it
Background in growth operations at B2B SaaS companies. Spent five years watching senior operators spend their weeks on work that should have been a system. Murph is the answer to that.
Based in Copenhagen. Works with a small team of engineers and operators across Europe and North America. Available on LinkedIn if you want to ask anything before you book.
30 minutes. No pitch. You leave with a written plan either way.
